Our processing time encompasses order verification, product preparation, quality control checks, and careful packaging. Due to the current high volume of orders, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your doorstep.
All orders within the continental United States will be shipped from our US-based warehouse. International orders will be shipped from the international warehouse closest to your location. However, if our US warehouse is temporarily out of stock, your order will be shipped from the closest available international warehouse.
Shipping times for US orders typically range from 2-5 business days. International shipping times generally range from 5-15 business days. Please note that due to ongoing global circumstances, shipping times may be subject to variations depending on your location.
Our shipping times are based on the average delivery times of our last 5,000 orders, ensuring that we provide you with the most accurate and transparent information possible.
A tracking number will be provided for all orders, allowing you to monitor the live updates of your package's journey. Tracking information will be sent to you within 24-72 hours of shipment. If you have not received your tracking number within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team at support@kunglife.com.
NOTE: If you are ordering from an island state or country, shipping times may be subject to delays due to global shipping constraints.
