We offer a return policy of 14 days, granting you the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your return.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The most efficient method to ensure you receive the desired item is to initiate a return for the item you currently possess. Once the return has been approved, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the provisions outlined above, customers residing within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This grants you the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without the requirement of providing justification. To qualify for a return under this provision, the item must adhere to the same conditions as previously stated: it must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that processing and posting of the refund may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card company.
